1. Mashed Sweet Carrots And Potato

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 lb. carrots, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Thyme (To serve)

DIRECTIONS

  • Put all the vegetables in a large bowl and add some water to cover them by an inch, heat them to a boil.
  • Add salt and decrease heat. Wait until the vegetables get tender, let it cook until 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Increase the heat up to the medium, and until the liquid gets evaporated. 
  • Turn off the stove. Afterward, add butter, almond milk, cinnamon, as well as 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.
  • Mash them and make a smooth paste.
  • Sprinkle and serve with thyme.

2. Boursin Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 sachet Boursin cheese

3. Best-Ever Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper
  • Chopped chives
  • Smoked paprika

DIRECTIONS

  • Put eggs in a saucepan and add cold water. Heat pan over medium and let the water boil. Remove from the heat and cover the pan for 11 minutes. Rinse the eggs under cold water and peel off
  • Cut eggs lengthwise in two pieces and put into a medium bowl.
  • Add hot sauce, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard and mash yolks with the back end of a fork. Make a smooth mixture and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into each egg and serve with paprika and chives.

4. Arugula Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper
  • 4 c. arugula
  • Shaved Parmesan

DIRECTIONS

  • Take a medium bowl, pour together lemon juice and olive oil, and add salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, start dressing arugula, and make the topping with Parmesan

5. Honey Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 carrots cut lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Fresh thyme

DIRECTIONS

  • Set oven to 400º. Melt the required amount of butter in a saucepan. Add honey, garlic powder, rosemary, as well as salt and pepper.
  • Put carrots on a baking sheet. let it cook until it gets coated.
  • Serve with thyme, if you want.

  • You can cover the rack with foil. Add two cups water in the roasting pan and put ham on the rack.
  • In a separate bowl, add jam, bourbon, brown sugar, Dijon as well as red pepper flakes.

  • Set oven to 350°.
  • In a separate saucepan, heat butter until it gets melted. Add in salt, flour, and pepper. Make it smooth and pour milk. Wait until it goes to boil. Stir for 2 minutes until it is hardened. Turn off heat and mix in cheese. Put onion and potatoes.
  • Place them to a greased 2-qt. Baking dish. Let it bake for at least 1 hour. Cook until the potatoes get tender.

8. Herb-Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. baby potatoes halved lengthwise
  • 1 lb. carrots halved lengthwise
  • 1 bunch radishes cut lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoon. olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Directions

  • Set oven to 450°F.
  • Take a 7-quart sauce pot, and put carrots and potatoes. Add in cold water and one tablespoon salt. 
  • Cook until it boils high. Then cook 7 minutes on medium heat. 
  • Toss carrots, potatoes, and radishes with olive oil, fresh thyme 1/4 teaspoon each pepper and salt.
  • Start arranging them in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle parsley on vegetables.

9. Spice-Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. carrots, peeled
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oregano leaves
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 salted and roasted pistachios chopped

Directions

  • Set oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Place a large baking sheet and toss peeled carrots with paprika, oil, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Afterward, toss with 2 tablespoon oregano. Place half of them to a separate sheet and cook until it gets golden brown.
  • Toss them with butter and sprinkle with vinegar and pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch carrots, scrubbed and cut halves 
  • 4 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Snipped chives (To garnish)

Directions:

  • Set oven to 425°F. Place a rimmed baking sheet and put foil.
  • Toss the carrots with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper as well as butter.  Manage to place them in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it gets browned or tender.
  • Toss carrots with 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
