  • Combine the baking soda, flour, baking powder, salt and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir well and add all of the dry ingredients into the mixture.
  • Then put white chocolate chips and lightly press the dough into a pan.
  • Bake the prepared dough for about 17-22 minutes
